goodness gracious

Ya know? Its really frustrating when you want to talk to someone in particular, but it seems like they don't want to talk to you.
So then you think about talking first, but you don't want to bother them
So your just stuck waiting for that person to finally come around, because in the end... they know your not going anywhere, and you'll always be waiting for them to just finally make up their mind, but you don't want to seem needy so you pretend like it doesn't bother you...even though it does?

Do I make myself clear?
