He was the most amazing man.
I remember him pushing me on the swings until I could touch the trees.
When we would spend hours on end playing tennis in the living room and all he had to do was reach his hand out and catch the ball..
When we would make home made popcorn
"pop a popcorn grandpa"
My grandpa was my best friend and I know that he is always with me.

ReplyDeleteThe tears are flowing! I miss grandpa so much, and think about him all the time. I think that you and I were the ones that were closest to him... I remember how you two would play for hours! He was such an amazing man. I wish you could have known him longer. But you are correct, he is always with you!
